"It was a Father’s Day surprise for my husband. He liked the bracelet I chose for him but when he checked out the website he found another he liked better. Even though the original bracelet was custom made, Talisa was so amazing with the exchange. They sent a return authorization and mailing label with the second bracelet and made everything so easy!"
